The Petitioner, JAMES R. DUGGAN, JR., alleges: w

1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
the Husband of the decedent and as nominated Personal Representa-
tive in her Last Will and Testament. In addition, Petitioner is
a beneficiary of the decedent's estate pursuant to the terms of
her Last Will and Testament. Petitioner's name and address are:

• 67 North Highlands Avenue
Avon Park, Florida 33825
and the name and address of Petitioner's attorney are as set
forth at the end of this Petition.
2. The decedent, MARGARET FEE DUGGAN, whose last
- known address was 67 North Highlands Avenue, Avon Park, Florida,
died on the 2nd day of January, 1976, at Orlando, Florida, and
at the. time of death decedent was domiciled in Highlands County,
Florida.
3. So far as is known the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relations::ips to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors are:
