~ I, MARGARET FEE DUGGAN, of 67 North Highlands Avenue,
Avon Park, Florida, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish
and declare this instrument to be my Fast Will and ~`~~tament, hereby
revoking any and all Wills, Codicils, or instruments in the nature
thereof, made by me at any-time heretofore.

I direct that my Executor hereinafter named, shall pay
out of the first monies coming into his hands and available therefor ,
all my just debts and funeral expenses.

II.
I-give, devise and bequeath any and all real property

owned by me at my-death to my husband, J. R. DUGGAN, JR., should I
predecease him; and should he predecease me I desire that all. said
shall o tom sons J. ROBERT DUGGAN, of Orlando,
real property g y ,
`JrO Florida, and MICHAEL F. DUGGAN, of Atlanta, Georgia, to be given to
them share and share alike, ear stirpes.

Should the deaths of my husband, J. R. DUGGAN, JR. , and

myself occur simultaneously, or nearly so as the result of a common

disaster, it shall be presumed that•my husband has predeceased me _
for purposes of this Will.
IV.
I hereby devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue

and remainder of•my estate, of any description and form, whatsoever
kind and wheresoever situated, to my husband, J. R. DUGGAN, JR.,
should he survive me, except that I desire all my silver, china

and crystal to go to my sons, J. ROBERT DUGGAN and MICHAEL F. DUGG ,
