unable to take those personal items. Should my husband, J. R.
DUGGAN, JR., predecease me, I desire that all the rest, residue and '
remainder of my estate be given to my sons, J. ROBERT DUGGAN and
MICHAEL F. DUGGAN, share and share alike, per stirPes, with remain-
der to my sister, MARY FEE, should my sons not elect, or be unable
to take items found among my personal objects.

I hereby appoint my husband, J. R. DUGGAN, JR., as
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. Should he be unwill-
ing or unable to serve in that capacity, I hereby appoint as Alterna e
Executor, my son, J. ROBERT DUGGAN; both to serve without bond and

both to have full power of sale of both real and personal property, ~
without necessity of Court Order.
