The instrument presented to this court as the last j

will of MARGARET FEE DUGGAN, deceased, having. been established
by the testimony of ALINE LYLE, a subscribing and attesting !
witness, as being the last will of the decedent, and no objec-
tion having been made to its probate, and the court finding that
the decedent died on January 2, 1976, it is
ADJUDGED that the will bearing date October 18, 1971,
and attested by LILLIAN M. BAKER, THEDA D. MIRACLE and ALINE
LYLE as subscribing and attesting witnesses is adI!!it*_ed to
probate according to law, as and for the last will of the dece-
dent, and it is further
ADJUDGED that JAMES R. DUGGAN, JR., is appointed
personal representative of the•estate of the decedent, and that
upon taking the prescribed oath, filing designation of resident
agent and acceptance, letters of administration shall be issued.
