MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THAT, WHEREAS, FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
LARGO is the holder and owner of a certain mortgage given by Robert E _ Swan and Ga,~ S _ Swan
and since assumed by Roland F, Slate and Genevieve M. Slate, his wife
recorded in u. K- Book 2sy ,page 2yy6 , of the Public ttecords of ~L_ i_u~.e
County, Florida, otherwise referred to as Loan Number 101051531, encumbering the following .
described property situate, lying and being in ~ ~ I county, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 5, Block 3217, PORT ST. LUCIE, FLORESTA PINES, UNIT ONE, a Subdivision
according to the Plat•thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16, at pages 35
and 35A through 356 of the Public Records of St, Lucie County, Florida.
and
WHEREAS, said mortgage was in the original principal amount of S 25,200.00
and among other things provided for monthly contractual payments of $208.68
per month, with interest at the rate of 9 ~ /4g per annum; and
WHEREAS, it has been agreed by and between the parties hereto, to modify said mortgage
and it is intended hereby to evidence in writing said modification.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions contained
herein and in consideration of the-sum of X1.00 and other valuable considerations accruing to
