JOINT STIPULATION OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL
OF HUSBAND'S COUNTER-PETYTION
AND HUSBAND'S WAIVER OF NOTICE OF FINAL HEARING
The parties hereto by and through their undersigned
counsel hereby enter this Joint Stipulation of Voluntary Dismissal
of the Husband's Counter-Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and
other relief on the ground that the issues in controversy therein
contained have been settled without formal written agreement and .
the parties agree that the matter should proceed on an uncontested
basis to final judgment of dissolution of marriage on the basis of
Wife's Petition for Dissolution which is currently pending before
this Court with each party bearing their respective costs and
attorney's fees.
The Wife hereby agrees to transfer through Quit Claim
Deed a one-half interest to the Husband in a residential home

located at 12 S.W. 8th Court, Delray Beach, Palm Beach County,
Florida and legally described as follows:
Lot Eight (8), Block Three (3), Bellview Manor, a
subdivision of the City of Delray Beach, Palm Beach
County, Florida, according to the plat thereof on
file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, recorded in
Plat Rook 24, page 54.
~ The Wife further agrees that the Husband shall be allowed
to reside in said residence for as long as he maintains it and
x pays all bills associated with said residence.
