JOINT STIPULATION OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL
OF WIFE'S COUNTER-PETITION
AND WIFE'S WAIVER OF NOTICE OF FINAL HEARING _
The parties hereto by and through their undersigned
counsel hereby enter this Joint Stipulation of Voluntary Dismissal
of the Wife's Counter-Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and
other relief on the ground that the issues in controversy therein
contained have been settled without formal written agreement and _
the parties agree that the matter should proceed on an uncontested
basis to final judgment of dissolution of marriage on the basis of
j Husband's Petition for Dissolution which is currently pending before
i
this Court with each party bearing their respective costs and _
attorney's fees.
~ The Husband hereby agrees that custody of the minor child, E

EVA MARIE HICKS, shall be granted to the Wife who is a fit and proper

person to have custody of said minor child and it is in the best
interests of the minor child that the Wife retain custody.
The Husband hereby agrees Co pay the Wife the sum of
$25.00 per week as child support for the said minor child.
The Husband hereby agrees to pay the $3,000.00 existing
debt to John Harris of ABC Mobile Home Park of Fort Pierce, Florida.
The Husband and Wife hereby agree to each pay one-half
of the following debts:
~ (1) $450.00 to St. Mary's Hospital of West Palm Beach,

Florida.
(2) $11.50 to Sunrise Pharmacy of Fort Pierce, Florida.
