DOROTHY NEITZ GREEN, Wife,

BALLARD EUGENE GREEN, Husband.
MOTION
Come now the Wife, DOROTHY NEITZ GREEN, and the Husband,
BALLARD EUGENE GREEN, individually and through their undersigned
attorneys, and hereby move this Honorable Court to enter an
Order affirming their agreement as diapositive of all issues
which would have been-heard at the hearing for temporary relief
set for December 5, 1979, at 3:00 o'clock P. M. The agreement
is as follows:
1. The Husband shall pay to the Wife as temporary support
the amount of $40.00 per week, the first payment being due on
December 7, 1979, and shall continue thereafter each week until
~I further order of the Court. All payments shall be made to the
~ Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to the Wife.

~ In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
~ shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised
of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
order is in effect.
