ORDER
This cause came before the Court upon stipulation of the
parties and their respective attorneys, and the Court being fully
advised of the stipulation and approving of it, and being other-
wise fully advised in .the premises, it is hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. The Husband shall pay to the Wife as temporary support
the amount of $40.00 per week, the first payment being due on
December 7, 1979, and to continue thereafter each week until
further order of the Court. All payments shall be made to the
Clerk of this Co=art anu '~y him 3'cmittcd promp*l, to thti L?ife .
In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised
of their mailing and residence addresses at all times .while this
order is in effect.
