~YITNESSETH, That in consideration of the sum of NONE
the said parties of the first part
do grant and convey to the said parties of the second part as tenants by
the entireties, for and during the term of their natural lives, or the
life of the survivor of them, and with full powers in them and remainder
over as hereinafter provided, their
personal representatives/successors and assigns in fee simple, all
that lot of ground situate in St. Lucie County, State of Florida

one-half (S2) of the South one-half (S'-z) of the SVc;lhwGst one-quarter (SW4)
~ of the Southwest one-quarter (SW4) of the Northwest one-quarter (NW4) of
Section 6, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida,
subject to an easement for ingress and egress over and across the North 15
feet thereof. (also identified as Tract 304, as shown on Location Map "A"
as drawn by McLaughlin Engineering Co., dated April 8, 1966.) -
The East one-fifth (E 1/5) of the South one-half (S2) of the South one-
half (S2) of the Southwest one-quarter (SW4) of the Southwest one-quarter
(SW4) of the Northwest one-quarter (NW4) of Section 6, Township 34 South,
Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, subject to an easement for ingress
and egress over and across the North 15 feet thereof. Also identified as
s Tract 30~, as shown on Location Map "A" as drawn by McLaughlin Engineering
Co., dated April 8, 1966.)
Being the same lot of ground which by Deed dated the 14th day of
December, 1966, and recorded in the Land Records of St. Lucie Sounty, State
of Florida, in O.R. Book 164, page 473 was deeded and conveyed by Starrett
§ Building Company to the within named Grantors.
