PETITION FOR LEAVE TO SELL PROPERTY OF WARD
Petitioner, ROGER N. MESSER, as Guardian of the property of
MELBA LIPP, an incompetent, respectfully alleges:
1. The above-named ward is the owner of certain property,
which Petitioner desires to sell, described as follows:
Mortgage on Lot.l, Block 3, less the east 10 feet
thereof of Dreamland Park Subdivision, as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 38,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Petitioner considers that it is expedient and necessary
to-sell the property described above for the following reason:
A. Immediate moneys are needed for the day to day care
of the ward in that income from this mortgage and income from
Social Security are insufficient to pay for the nursing-home care
and for medical expenses incurred on behalf of the ward.
B. There is presently less than $200 in the guardianship
account of the ward.
C. The following bills are past due and payable:

D. In addition to the above, neither the guardian or
his attorney has received any remuneration for their services
