Petitioner desires to sell the property to the mortgagee, Mr. Albert Procton, for the sum of $9,000.00, and on the following terms: Cash in return for satisfaction of mortgage. The agreement relative to this sale is verbal in nature and is ~ contingent upon court approval. } 1 4. The petitioner believes that the terms outlined above ~ are the best available at this time given the presently existing 1 t mortgage market. The petitioner has made inquiries {both locally and outside the area) relative to the~sale or discount of the i mortgage in question, and the highest offer received to date for this mortgage is the offer of Mr. Procton, the mortgagee. It ~ i is necessary to severely discount this mortgage due to the presently existing mortgage rates and further due to the presently existing interest rates payable in lending institutions throughout the county. WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an-order be entered - authorizing him to sell the above described property on the conditions and terms set forth in this petition.
