ORDER OF SALE
On the petition of the guardian of the property of the above
incompetent for an order authorizing the guardina to sell certain
property of his ward, the court having examined the file in this
proceeding and having considered the evidence presented; and it
appearing to the Court that it is in the best interest of the Ward
for the property to be sold; ar_d the court being otherwise fully
advised, it is
ADJUDGED that the guardian is authorized to sell the following
described property belong to his ward:
Mortgage on Lot 1, Block 3, less the east 10 feet
thereof of Dreamland Park Subdivision, as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 38, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
and
The terms of the sale shall be $9,000.00 cash in
return for a satisfaction of mortgage.
ORDERED this ~ day of January, 1980.
