The undersigned hereby gives notice pursuant to the provisions of Florida Statutes, as follows:
1. Improvements will be made on the following described real property in St . Lucie
County. Florida:

copy of the Lienor's Notice to Owner as provided in Florida Statute. and is making a loan for the
construction of the improvements.
