the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Robert Woettsnel snd Joan
Woemnel, his- wife dated March Sth, 19 79 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book . 305 on page

has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
