THIS CONTRACT is entered into thisl2th day of
January r 1980, by and between FRANCISCO PUCCINI-BANFI and
HILDA PUCCINI-BANFI, his wife, of Columbia, South America
hereinafter referred to ws "Sellers", and RENEE WOOLLEY, BARBARA
DAVIDSON and SANDRA REMINGTON, of Port St. Lucie, Florida,
hereinafter referred to as "Buyers".
WHEREAS, the Sellers are the owners of certain
real property situate in the City of Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie
County, Florida, and known as: Lot 14, Block 16, of SOUTH PORT
ST. LUCIE, UNIT 3, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 12 , Page 4 , of the Public Records of St .
_ Lucie County, Florida, and having erected thereon a dwelling
. known as: 3247 Monte Vista Street, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452

WHEREAS, Sellers desire to sell and Buyers desire

to purchase the aforesaid property for the purchase price and on

NOW THEREFORE WITNESSETH:
IN CONSIDERATION of the reciprocal promises and in
furtherance of their objective, Sellers agree to sell and Buyers
• agree to purchase from the Sellers the aforesaid property,
. including all rights and appurtenances incident thereto, subject
only to the matters as hereinafter set forth, the parties agree
as follows:
1. The entire purchase price for the property is
the sum of THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($35,.000.00) DOLLARS.
2. The sum of ONE HUNDRED AND NO/100 ($100.00)
DOLLARS, has been paid as a down payment by the Buyers to the
Sellers prior to or simultaneously with the execution of this

Agreement, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the
Sellers. This sum is being held by FLORIDA HOME FINDERS, INC.,
~ as Escrow Agent.
3. The additional sum of FOUR THOUSAND FOUR
HUNDRED AND NO/100 ($4,400.00) DOLLARS, shall be paid by the
