to this Agreement, all real estate commissions, tax prorations to
the date of closing and one-half (1/2) of all legal fees in
connection with the preparation of this document and closing
fees, and the payment and discharge of all liens on said property
with the exception of the first mortgage hereinabove recited.
Buyers shall be responsible for the payment of the recording of
this Agreement, one-half (1/2) of all legal fees in connection
with the preparation of this document and closing fees, and title
insurance.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties herein have
