THIS MATTER having come on before me upon the Stipula-

the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Stipulation be and the
same is hereby approved by this Court and that the parties hereto
are hereby ordered to comply with the terms thereof, and that the
previous judgment dissolving the marriage of the parties and
entered on June 21, 1979, is hereby modified according to the
terms of the Stipulation previously filed herein with the same
force and effect as if said terms had been specified in the
original final judgment dissolving the marriage of the parties.
