THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 14th day of January, r/
1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has juris-
diction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that
the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is there- -
upon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between

THOMAS MORRIS ADGER,. and CAROL A. ADGER, be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are
hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
~ existing between them and from the obligations-arising
therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. There is no real or personal property

3. RESTORATION OF NAME. CAROL A. ADGER be and she is
hereby authorized to assume her former name of CAROL A. DONAHUE
and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had
~ not intervened.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this c e, and the
parties hereto is the entry of such further c~j
ordere- as may be proper .
