Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges '
that this purchase of a condominium unit at OCI•:AN V[LI,AGIi OF IIUI'C11IN.SON IS1.~WD ~
is subject in every respect to the I~ec~laration of Condominium as to the condominium
_ in which his writ is located and lixhihits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whetl?er the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating Midget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of lncoi•Ix?ration, B)?-laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the,l'mperty Owner's Association; and Purchaser F
further aclo?owledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclmowledges that each and ~
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser ~u?d all or?~ners of parcels in tine aforedescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condomini~un and Exhibits attached thereto. I'cn-chaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment wider the
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above anti ti?e provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Urn?ers' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condomini~un parcel being conveyed to ~
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under tl?e saki 1)eciaration or i:ovena~iis }
and Restrictions of the Property O?~nners' Association and said Rirchaser assimies the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condomini~un parcel.
Rirchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and tl~e sums dc~e ~a?der the Pmperty (k~n?er's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or .guaranty is made or intended '
nor may. one be relied except ~al?ere ti?e s~une is specifically wat-ranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and tl~e Exhibits attached tl?ereto.
