Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, ackno~.~ledl;es

is subject in every respect to the lk~c-laration of Condomini~an as to the condominium
in which his unit is located and £xhihits attached thereto; including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporatfion, the Rules and

claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of tire, l~rol~erty Owner's Association; and Rirchaser
further ac}rnowledges receipt of and trading acid examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and ack~iowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all .the oamers therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said lkclar-
ation of Condominium and I~xhibits attached thereto. Ptn-chaser hereby ratifies and .
confirms and approves all of the terms a::d provisions of said lkclaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment wider the
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and tF~e provisions thereof
are resonal~le, fair and equitable, and saki Rirchaser acloiowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of tl~e Property U~niers' Association
has encwnbered and impressed a lien upon tl~e Condominitan parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations wider the said Declaration of Covenants

obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominiums parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid lkclaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there- -
to, and the common expenses and the scans due wider the Property Owner's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warrauity or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed s
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
