MORTGAGE RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned, owner
of a certain Real Estate Mortgage, wherein Sara A. Reuter
are mortgagors, and ALLSTATE
ENTERPRISES MORTGAGE CORPORATION, an Ohio corporation, is mort-
gagee, and given upon the following described real property, to wit: '
Condominium Parcel 502 of OCEANA OCEANFRONT
CONDOMINIUM ONE, acc~ing to the Declaration of Condo-
minium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 245, Page 6S,
et seq., and as amended in Official Records- Book 253, Page 365,
et seq., all of the Public Records. of St. Lucie County, Florida; 3
and recorded in Official Records Book 259 of Mortgages, on Page
2182, Document No. 349614 , in the Office of the Public Records of ~
St. Lucie County, State of Florida, on the 8th day ofNovember , 19 76 ,
as assigned in Official Records Book 259 , Page 2600 , to the
Firnisterre Corp., a Texas corporation, and as further assigned in Official
Records Book 260 , Page 2239 , to Alison Mortgage Investment
Trust, subsequently First Newport Realty Investors, a California business
trust, succeeded in interest by FIRST NEWPORT CORPORATION, a Mary-
land corporation, by reason of merger on October 31, 1979, all of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, does hereby acknowledge full payment
of the debt secured thereby and does release and discharge same of record.
