the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
PARCEL II -Lot 9, Block 2, KIRBY SUBDIVISION, LESS AND EXCEPTING all
at part of Lot 9 described as follows: From the Northeast corner
of said Lot 9, run Southwesterly along the Northerly line of said lot
a distance of 25 feet to point of beginning; thence continue South-
