Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations to them in hand paid by

has granted, bargained. and sold to said Party(s) of the Second Part, heirs and
assigns forever, the following described real property, located and situate in the
Cowrty of St. Lucie and State of Florida-, as follows:

the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official
Records Book 321 ,Pages 2609 through 2688 of the Public Re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida.

the Second Part do hereby agree to assume the following:
1. faxes for the current year and subsequent years.
2. Conditio~LS, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements and
other matters of record.
3. The Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaratiai of Covenants
and Restrictions of Ocean Village Property Owner's Association, Inc.,
a Florida non-profit corporation, the provisions of ?vhich documents
run with the land. The Grantee(s) assiunes the obligations of a
member of said Property Ot~ner's Association.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties
hereto. The Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to all the premises hereby
conveyed against all and every person(s) whomsoever, lawfully claiming by, through
or under the Grantor herein; and will-defend the same against the la~tiful claims of
such persons claiming by, t}iroug}i or under the said Grantor, as well as the lawful
