Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium covenant aitd agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar- ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and ~ confirms and approves all of the terms a~td provisions of said Declaration of Condo- ~ minium and exhibits attaci~ed thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof = are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of tite Property Owners' Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominimn parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations wider the said Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Rirchaser assinnes the obligations as to tite Propexty Owners' Association as to ltis condominiuun parcel. Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducc~nents, if any, are ~ as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there- to, and the common expenses and the sums dtie wider the Property Oc+ner's Association and other charges arc estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended -nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed ~ in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
