PLAT OF AETNA PARK SUBDIVISION as per plat recorded in Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. AND Beginning at the
Northwest corner of Lot 26? of THE AMENDED PLAT OF AETNA PARK,
as a point of beginning, run East 488.9 feet, run South 22?.5
feet, run West 488:9 feet, run North 227.5 feet, to the point
of beginning, together with any equity that the Grantors may
have in a certain street known and designated on the said plat
as Cleveland Street. AND begin at the intersection of the
West right-of-way line of State Road Number 5 (South Dixie

as shown on AMENDED PLAT OF AETNA PARK, in Plat Book Page
41, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; thence
run West a distance of 629.2 feet; thence run South a distance
of 10 feet; thence run East a distance of 629.2 feet to the
West right-of-way line of State Road Number 5; thence run North
a distance of 10 feet to the Point of Beginning. AND commencing
at the Northwest corner of Lot 267 of AETNA PARK, as shown
in Plat Book 7, Page 41, run thence South 23?.5 feet along
the West boundary line of said Lot 26? for Point of Beginning;
thence run East 325 feet parallel to the North line of Lot
267, thence South parallel to the West line of Lot 267, 208.25
feet; thence West paralleling-the South line of Lot 267, a
distance-of 325 feet, thence North to a point of beginning.
