unit numoers in Lakewood Park Subdlvlsioh, for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded. in Official Record Book l~~

3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY 01~VNER'S ASSOCIATION, iNC. .
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
