Pre-Trial Conference having been held, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
(1) STIFULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as follows: -
The Plaintiffs are husband and wife and have been at all
times material to this lawsuit. The automobile accident occurred on
June 2, 1978 at the intersection of State Road 5 and State Road AlA
approximately three-tenths of a mile north of the City of Fort Pierce
in St. Lucie County, Florida. At the time of the automobile collision,
the Defendant JOHN R. ORLOVSKY was the owner and. operator of his
vehicle as alleged in the Complaint and had a policy of automobile
liability-insurance with the Defendant NORTH RIVER INSURANCE COMPANY,
a corporation, in a limited amount.
(2) EVIDENCE- Documentary and other evidence listed and
presented at the Pre-Trial Conference shall be admitted into evidence
