(5) WITNESSES: Only those witnesses listed at the Pre-Trial Conference and names filed with the Clerk within five days of trial will be permitted to testify, except the parties themselves and impeachment witnesses. Either party may call any witness listed by. any other party. (6) PEREMPTORY CHALLENGES. Plaintiffs shall have three peremptory challenges. The Defendants shall have three peremptory challenges. (7) JURY INSTRUCTIONS. Proposed jury instructions, on a separate sheet for each. charge, shall be submitted to the Court at the beginning of the trial, with copies to attorneys. Additional jury instructions shall be submitted no later than at the conclusion of the testimony. (8) EXERCISE~OF CHALLENGE. Outside the hearing of the jury in a manner selected by the Court.
