THIS CAUSE, having come on before the Court upon the Defendant's
Notion to C~npel Responses to Interrogatories, and the Notion for
Protective Order of the Plaintiff, and the Court having considered the
same, acid hearing the argtn~nts of counsel, and being otheYwise fully

(1) The Plaintiff's Motion for Protective Ores is denied;
(2) The Defendant's Notion to Coicpel is granted in the following
respects:
(a) The production of statements and accounts of JOHI~1
AI-IltNNS, and the corporations named is liarited to a period of time
camnencing one (1). year prior to December 1, 1978;
(b) Paragraph 3 of the Notice to Produce is limited to
those resolutions of the Directors of the o~rporatioris named, pertaining
to the loan closed by JE~TSEN BF,ACH BANK, on or about Dcoa~ber 1, 1978;
(c) The responses to Interrogatories 3, 4 and 5 shall
be limited to the information rec;uested for a period orxmiencing one (1)
year prior to December 1, 1978 and thereafter;
(d) Paragraph 10 of the Interrogatories shall be mor`
detailed except as to the indication of specific Statutes which need not
be made.
