January, 1980, for trial without the benefit of Jury, and the parties having
advised the Court of their stipulations and agreements, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
Judgment is hereby rendered in fawr of the Plaintiff , RA7~l~ID J .
MII.A.S, a/k/a JOHN R. MIU06, and against the Defendants, ZICMIND A. MIIA6,
and GRACE MIIi06, his wife, for the scan of Sixteen Zt~ousand Dollars ($16,000.00)
damages, which scan shall be paid by the said Defendants, jointly or severally,
within thirty (30) days of the date hereof; and it is
the said

shall be paid upon the following claims and in the following airounts: Ten

any ar~d all claims or claims of interest which the Plaintiff has or may
have in and to the three (3) parcels of property acquired by the Defendants
