ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon Motion of
Defendant/Crossdefendant, ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY, to
Dismiss and to Strike the Amended Third Party Complaint of
ROBERT ROTH, d/b/a ANIMALS OF DISTINCTION f/u/b/o ~~1ESTERN
WORLD INSURANCE COMPANY, and to examine, inspect and photo-
graph premises, and the Court, having considered the same,
the comments and arguments of counsel, and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) The Motion to Dismiss the Amended `third
Party Complaint is granted inasmuch as a Crossclaim
