(2) The Motion to Strike is withdrawn by counsel as
being moot;
(3) The Motion for inspection, examination of premises
owned by the gefendant, ROBERT ROTH, on Edwards Road, in Saint
Lucie County, Florida, is granted, the time and manner of such
examination, inspecting, photographing, etc., shall be set by
agreement of counsel at a time convenient for the various parties; ,
(4) The Motion to Set Cause For Jury Trial, dated ,
December 7, 1979, is denied; a similar Motion may be filed when
the case is at issue in accordance with the-Rules of Procedure.
