IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF
RUSSELL T. CORDARO, Husband
and
HELENE F. CORDARO, Wife
O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard upon stipulation of the
parties hereto and their respective counsel of record, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband, Russell T. Cordaro, shall have the
care and custody of the minor child, Patti L. Cordaro, granting to
the Wife, Helene F. Cordaro, reasonable rights of visitation.
2. That the Husband, Russell T. Cordaro, shall not be
required to pay any further sums to the Wife, Helene F. Cordaro,
for the support and maintenance of the minor child, Patti L. Cordaro,
until further order of this Court.
3. That the Wife shall deliver to the Husband the personal
effects of the minor child above named, in particular a bed, one
lamp, one night stand.
4. The Wife, Helene F. Cordaro, shall transfer to the
Husband, Russell T. Cordaro, all her right, title and interest in
and to the 1979 Civil automobile for the benefit of the minor child
above named, and the Husband shall be responsible for the payment
of the lien thereon and shall save the Wife ha/rmless therefrom.
