FINAL JUDGMENT
DETERMINING PATERNITY
AND SUPPORT
This cause, having come on to be heard for trial on
November 14, 1979, and all parties having received proper and
timely notice; the Court having heard testimony and having
considered the evidence filed herein, and being otherwise fully
and well advised in the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the minor child, JOSHUA ALEXANDER MORRIS, born
January 18, 1979, in Dade County, Florida, is declared to be the
legitir.~ate child of the Defendant, SOL HOLLAND, and TERI MORRIS,
the natural mother;
2. That the natural mother, TERI MORRIS, shall have
custody of said child, subject to the Defendant's right of
reasonable visitation;
3. That commencing this date, the Defendant-father
shall pay child support for and on behalf of said child in the
amount of $20.00 per week, plus $2.00 statutory fee. All payments
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check, payable
to Roger Poitras, as Clerk of this Court and by him remitted
to TERI MORRIS whose current address is 6906 South Indian River
Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450; that TERI MORRIS shall keep
the Clerk of this Court advised of her current address so that
payments provided for by this Order are promptly remitted to her;
