4. That costs and attorney fees shall be taxed
by separate Motion and Order;
S. That the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff,
in addition to the above-referred to sums, the amount of
$300.00 which is one-half (1/2) of her reasonable medical
expenses for the birth of the child;
' 6. That the above-named Defendant having been adjudicated
the father of 'the above-named child, the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Bureau of Vital Statistics, Amendment
Unit, shall and it is hereby ordered to amend the above-named
child's birth certificate to show the above-named father's name; -
7. This Court shall retain jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of this suit for entry of such further
orders as this Court may deem just, and for the hearing of such
further evidence as the Defendant may wish to present by way of
.medical testimony to show an absolute bar to this action. The
Defendant, upon petition of this Court, and the prepayment of
all expenses, including medical costs, travel costs, and expenses
of the Plaintiff, shall be entitled to such medical tests as are
requested within '~~i~ days of the date of this Order.
