appeared Joyce McGraw, who upon being duly sworn
deposes and says:
1. She is a Deputy Clerk of the Circuit Court in
and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in the Nineteenth
Judicial Circuit of Florida; and that as such she is
custodian of the Official Record Books and Plat Rooks
for St. Lucie County.
2. As such custodian, she has examined the recorded
plats of St. Lucie County and has ascertained that there
is but one recorded plat of Port St. Lucie Section 26
appearing in Plat Book 14, paaes:4, 4A through 4C, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,. not
in Plat Rook 12, page 36A, of the Public Records of St.
