along a line parallel to the Northerly line of the Southwest of the Southwest of
Section 28, a distance of 43 feet, more or less, which is established as the Point of ~ `
Beginning; thence running in an Easterly direction along a line parallel to the
~ Northerly line of the Southwest 34 of the Southwest ~ of Section 28, a distance of 295.54 ,
feet, more or less; thence running in a Southerly direction along a line parallel to
the Easterly line of the Southwest of the Southwest ~ of Section 28. a distance of
j 152.64 feet more or less; thence running in a Westerly direction along a line parallel
to the Southerly line cf Section 28, a distance of 295.15 feet more or less; thence
running in a Northerly direction along the Easterly right of way line of Hawley Road
