THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before me this date on
Petition of JOSEPH R. D'AGOSTINO, Stepfather, joined by his wife,
CHERYL ANN D~AGOSTINO, Natural Mother, of DENISE LESLIE CHABRE,
. petitioning for a Final Decree of Adoption, and it appearing to
the Court that the natural father of the minor child has been
served notice of this adoption by publication in a local newspaper, ~
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, finds:
1. That this Court has jurisdiction of this cause. '
2-. That the Petitioners, JOSEPH R. D'AGOSTINO and CHERYL ,

ANN D'AGOSTINO, his wife, are the fit and proper persons to adopt }
the said minor child named in the Petition, and that the best

interest of the said rsinor will be promoted by such adoption.
3. That the said minor is suitable for adoption by the

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
A. That the permanent custody of the child known as
DENISE LESLIE CHABRE, now in the custody of the Petitioners, be
and the same is hereby given to .JOSEPH R, D'AGOSTINO and CHERYL A2
D'AGOSTINO, his wife,
B. That the said minor child known as DENISE LESLIE
CHABRE is given the lawful name of and shall be henceforth known a
