THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the verified Petition
for Adoption herein before filed, and the Court finds that it has {

jurisdiction, and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is
a fit and proper person to adopt the minor children sought to be
adopted, and that the best interests of the children will. be prompted ~
by the adoption, and that the children are suitable for adoption by
the Petitioner, LOIS ONNOLLEE WHITE, and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor children known as
ELAINE VICTORIA WHITE and ELISABETH ANNE WHITE are declared to be
the legal children of the Petitioner. And it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said minor children
shall be the legal heirs of the Petitioner, LOIS ONNOLLEE WHITE,
entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject to all obligations
of children born to Petitioner in Lawful wedlock.
DOrJE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
this day of January, 1980.
