FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This cause came on to be heard before me this day on
the motion of the petitioner for Final Judgment of Adoption, and
it appearing to the Court that the natural mother has executed
a Consent to the adoption, and that the State Welfare Board has
waived its right to any notice of hearing or further pleadings in
these proceedings, and the court now being advised in the premises,
finds:
1. That the petitioner, CORA ESTELLE STONE, is a fit
and proper person to adopt the child named in the petition, and

that the best interests of the said child will be promoted by
~ such adoption.
2. That the said child is suitable for adoption by

the said petitioner.
It is therefore, upon consideration:
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED:
(a) That the permanent custody of the child known _
as JOEL EDGAR STONE in these proceedings be and the same is
hereby given to CORA ESTELLE STONE.
(b) That the said child's name of JOEL EDGAR STONE,
be and the same is hereby declared to be the same (Joel Edgar Stone).
(c) That the said child is hereby declared to be the
legal child and lawful heir of CORA ESTELLE STONE, and the said
child shall be subject to all the obligations and entitled to all
