RELEASE OF LIEN
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned, in
consideration of the sum of TEN
DOLLARS (10.00 )
in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
fully and completely waive and release the hereinafter described real
property and its owner from any and all liens, lien rights, claims or
demands of any kind whatsoever which the undersigned now has or
might Gave on account of labor performed or services or rnateriala
furnished for the construction of any improvements thereon.
The real property involved- herein is described as:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
This Release of Lien is intended to release
those certain liens filed in Official Records
Book 320 at Page 2379 and Official Records
`h Book 321 at Page 329, all of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.

THIS IS NOT A PAR TIAL RELEASE, BUT IS A FU LL AND FINAL
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIEN.
