STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Personally appeared before me ROGER POITRAS, who,
having been duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and
for St. Lucie County, Florida,~and ~s such is charged with the keep-
ing of the official public records of St. Lucie County including all
recorded plats of subdivisions within St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That upon request of a person claiming an interest
in the following described property situate in said County and State,
to wit:
Lot 1, Block 83, South Port St. Lucie, Unit 5, according
to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, pages
12 and 12A through 12G of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida,
he has examined the records of the plats filed in the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and this. affidavit is made upon infor-
mation and knowledge of such public records. s
3. The public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,

j reveal that:
A. There is no plat having the name of PORT ST. LUCIE SUB-

DIVISION, UNIT 5.
B. There is a plat having the name PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION 5,
p
which is found in Plat Book 12, page 15, (A through E). However,
this plat contains no Block numbered 83.
C. There is a plat having the name SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE,
UNIT 5, which is found_at Plat Book 14, page 12 (A through G).
D. Said plat found at Plat Book 14 does not contain a page 12J.
E. Said plat found at Plat Book 14 does contain a page 12G,
and page 12G of Plat Book 14 does contain a Block 83 with a Lot 1
therein.
