Continuation of Legal Desc-ription
Together with the tenements and appurtenances thereunto belonging
and together with all easement rights over and upon the property
lying between the above described tract and U.S. Highway No. 1
(State Road No. 5) by virtue of that certain easement from the
City of Fort Pierce recorded in O.R. Book 85, page 576, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The grantor covenants with the grantee that the above described
property is commercial real property and is not now nor has it
ever been the homestead of the grantor.
