FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This action came on for final heraring on January 15, 1980
upon the petition for dissolution of marriage, and a default having
been regularly entered by the clerk of this court upon respondent's
failure to answer or otherwise plead, and constructive service
' having been obtained by. publication, the court, having heard the
testimony of THOMAS F. FAGAN, petitioner, and petitioner's witness,
and being fully advised, finds and determines; this court has jur-
isdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this action;
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably I
broken and should be dissolved. It iu thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between THOMAS
i F. FAGAN and PATSY S. FAGAN be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. The child of the parties is not within the
jurisdiction of -this court.
3. SUPPORT. The temporary order of support.entered by this
~ Court on June 13, 1979 (Case No. 79-624-FR) shall remain in effect
-until such time as either party desires to set same for re-hearing,
the child marries, .becomes self supporting or reaches the age of
s8 years, whichever shall occur earlier.
