FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE i
This cause came on for trial the 15th day of January, .
1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between CHARLES
A. OTTO an~i riRiL3ti~ E. OTTO he, and the saw is, hereby dissolved, -
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them anti from

the obligations arising therefrom.
~ 2. SUPPORT. Commencing the ~ day of
1980, the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $200.00 each
and every month for the support of the minor child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and

by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition, there is hereby
i
assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory coats to be added to each ~

payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered ~
to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and resi-
dente addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
