FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE i This cause came on for trial the 15th day of January, . 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between CHARLES A. OTTO an~i riRiL3ti~ E. OTTO he, and the saw is, hereby dissolved, - and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them anti from i the obligations arising therefrom. ~ 2. SUPPORT. Commencing the ~ day of 1980, the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $200.00 each and every month for the support of the minor child named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and t by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition, there is hereby i assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory coats to be added to each ~ 1 payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
