3. The Stipulation and Agreement admitted into evidence
is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are
ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
4. JURISIDCTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, Florida, this
