That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties. 2~ That the bonds of marriage between Petitioner, JUDITH ; K. MILLER, and Respondent, LAWRENCE EUGENE MILLER, are dissolved ~ because the marriage is irretrievably broken. i 3. That the Property Settlement Agreement between the i parties, introduced into evidence and marked as Petitioner's Exhibit 1, was executed voluntarily after full disclosure and is for the best interest of the parties and is hereby approved and incorporated by reference into this Final Judgment and the parties are hereby ordered to comply with same. 4. The only personal property of the parties is as follows A. The 1979 Cougar motor vehicle which is currently i joint name and in the possession of the Z•Iife shall be transferred by the Husband to the LJife and the Wife shall be responsible for ~ all payments, maintenance and insurance on said vehicle. _ 5. The custody of the minor child born of the marriage shall be joint between the Husband and the Wife as set forth in s GUY R.BRUNI the Property Settlement Agreement.
