FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This action came on for final hearing on January 15, 1980, upon the petition for dissolution of marriage, and a default having been regularly entered by the clerk of this court upon respondent's failure to answer or otherwise plead, and constructive service 1 having been obtained by publication, the court, having heard the ~ .testimony of TRULEE ANNE COULD, petitioner, and petitioner's witness, and being fully advised, finds and determines; this court has jur- isdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this action; i that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon I' ORDERED AI3D ADJUDGED as follows ~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. _ The marriage between TRULEE ANNE COULD and JOHN DANIEL COULD be and the same is hereby dis- solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby for ever freed s ~ from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ 2. PROPERTY: The property settlement agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and. the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. 3.
