FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This action came on for final hearing on January 15, 1980,
upon the petition for dissolution of marriage, and a default having
been regularly entered by the clerk of this court upon respondent's
failure to answer or otherwise plead, and constructive service

having been obtained by publication, the court, having heard the ~
.testimony of TRULEE ANNE COULD, petitioner, and petitioner's witness,
and being fully advised, finds and determines; this court has jur-
isdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this action;
i
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
I' ORDERED AI3D ADJUDGED as follows
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. _ The marriage between TRULEE
ANNE COULD and JOHN DANIEL COULD be and the same is hereby dis-
solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby for ever freed

~ from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
~ 2. PROPERTY: The property settlement agreement admitted
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and. the
parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
3. JURIS ION: Jurisdiction o cause, and the
parties hereto is re or the entry o s -her orders
