LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN RE: The Marriage of ) CASE N0.79-1457-FR .VINCENT JAMES VAN ETTEN ) Petitioner/Husband) and ANNEDORE VAN ETTEN, t Respondent/Wife. i i FINAL JUDGi*iENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIIGE This action came on for final hearing on January 15, 1980 .upon the petition for dissolution of marriage, and a default having been regularly entered by the clerk of this court upon respondent's failure to answer or otherwise plead, and constructive service having been obtained by publication, the court, having heard the ~ :testimony of VINCENT JAMES VAN ETTEN, petitioner, and petitioner's witness., and being fully advised, finds and determines; this court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this i action; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre- trievably broken and should be dissolved.. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: i 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between VINCENT ~ JAMES VAN ETTEN and ANNEDORE VAN ETTEN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ 2. PROPERTY: There is no personal or real property to be divided between the parties.
